Will you cover difference between tuition minus GI Bill and cost of in state "state" school tuition? Or do you want to keep it to in-state residents? In addition to funding to offset costs of nonresident tuition through the Yellow Ribbon Program, OSU offers the Nonresident Veterans Tuition Remission Program where eligible nonresidents will be charged tuition and fees equal to 150% of those charged to resident students.

Do you want to donate additional money to each applicant should the need arise?   Resident veterans whose tuition and fees exceed eligible benefits may qualify for additional tuition assistance through the Voyager Tuition Assistance program at OSU.

All majors open to Marines? Yes.

Recognize AA degree or any college course work: OSU awards transferrable credit on a course by course basis.  Other transfer articulation agreements exist for students with Associates degrees from Oregon community colleges.

Recognize awarding of college credits via alternative means, e.g., DANTES or CLEP: Yes, DANTES, CLEP and some military education (up to 45 credits).
