Harvey Mudd does NOT guarantee admission through the Leadership Scholar Program. However, Harvey Mudd HAS agreed to accept nominations from the Leadership Scholar Program in the hope of finding qualified applicants for admissions.
Harvey Mudd has provided us with the following guidelines:
SAT/ACT mins: No minimum scores, but the middle 50% range for scores is:
SAT Critical Reading/Writing 670-760
SAT Math 740-800
SAT Math II subject test (required) 750-800
ACT Composite 32-35
Harvey Mudd also requires a second SAT subject test of the applicant's
choosing.
SAT or ACT Scores must not be more than: 3 years old.
Application deadline: The first-year deadline is January 2, and the transfer deadline is April 1. Harvey Mudd does not accept students for entrance midyear.
Where to find application: Harvey Mudd is a Common Application exclusive school, so applicants would
need to go to www.commonapp.org http://www.commonapp.org/ in order to access the required forms.
Freshmen class report date: August 25, 2011.

Will you cover difference between tuition minus GI Bill and cost of in state "state" school tuition? Or do you want to keep it to in-state residents? As a private institution, we do not have different pricing for in state and out of state students. Harvey Mudd College is need blind and guarantees that we will meet 100% of students’ demonstrated need, so we will evaluate each applicant individually.
Do you want to donate additional money to each applicant should the need arise? No.
Processing fees: $60.
Are all majors open to Marines? Yes.
Recognize AA degree or any college course work: On a case by case basis depending on how relevant the course work is to Harvey Mudd's own curriculum and core requirements.
Recognize awarding of college credits via alternative means, e.g., DANTES or CLEP: No.
