SAT/ACT mins: 450 V 450 M 450 Writing (although combinations of higher and lower subscores scores will be considered). Emory and Henry will also take the higher subscores from individual SAT or ACT tests and add them up for a “super score”.
SAT or ACT Scores must not be more than: 10 years old.
LSP Application deadline: November 1st for the Early Action program (non-binding, no deposit required until May 1st); February 1st for Regular Admission.

Will you cover difference between tuition minus GI Bill and cost of in state "state" school tuition? Or do you want to keep it to in-state residents? Emory and Henry will cover the difference with scholarships and grants. Federal or state loan programs are used when a student needs the additional funding for expenses beyond basic costs.
Do you want to donate additional money to each applicant should the need arise? Emory and Henry’s scholarships and grants have been sufficient to meet the need of all veterans who are now enrolled.

Are all majors open to Marines? Yes.
Recognize AA degree or any college course work: Yes.
Recognize awarding of college credits via alternative means, e.g., DANTES or CLEP: Yes. Some technical courses may not transfer or be counted for credit.
Additional information: Minimum 2.75 GPA (4-point scale). Special circumstances and special needs will gladly be considered. If our support services staff can help a student who could be successful under the right conditions, we are happy to set up a plan to make sure every Marine succeeds.
